Madara 89 runs over 200 stores across Latvia with constant employee turnover. Every new hire needs to learn cash register systems, store procedures, company policies, and cybersecurity basics. Doing that with traditional training meant HR was always behind — by the time materials were updated and distributed, the next wave of new hires was already starting. One-size-fits-all courses weren't working for a workforce this spread out, and there was no good way to know who had actually been trained and who hadn't.

Courses are built directly from Madara 89's own internal documents — cash register manuals, security policies, store procedures — using Ervy's AI course builder.
