Ask Ervy: chat with your entire course library
What changed
The AI Teacher used to work one course at a time. You'd open a course, navigate to the AI Teacher tab, and ask questions scoped to that material.
Now there's a faster way. Employees can message Ervy directly in the Teams chat and ask anything across every published course in their library. No specific course tab required.
How it works
The AI searches all published courses in the organisation's library and returns answers drawn from the relevant material. It works the same way the AI Teacher always has — grounded in your actual content, not generic internet answers — but the scope is the full library instead of a single course.
Why it matters
People don't always know which course has the answer. They just have a question. This removes that extra step of opening the right course first, which means employees can get answers faster, and admins don't have to worry about people not finding what they need.
How to use it
Open the Ervy chat in Microsoft Teams and type a question. That's it.
