Fixes for podcast course and lesson management in Ervy Hub

Managing podcast content now works as it should. Self-paced podcast courses in Ervy Hub show the right options for their status, and podcast lessons can be disabled or deleted.
What changed
The deletion rules for self-paced podcast courses in the Ervy Hub course list have been refined. The edit and delete button now appears correctly based on the course's actual status.
The logic for deleting and disabling podcast lessons has been fixed. You can now disable or delete them.
