PTAC had a straightforward problem: mandatory training topics that every employee needed to complete, but external courses that were either fully booked or too expensive to send everyone. With Ervy, they started building their own courses for the first time and pushing them out to all 105 employees through Teams. Now they cover everything from cybersecurity to fire safety to team-building, without depending on outside providers.

CSP needed to move cybersecurity training from a once-a-year event to something employees engage with regularly. We deployed Ervy's cybersecurity course library, customized to CSP's internal context, and set up daily micro-lessons delivered 5 times a week through Microsoft Teams.
