Ervy joins the NVIDIA Inception Program

Ervy has joined NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA's program for companies building with AI. It gives us NVIDIA's tools, technical training, and engineering expertise to build with.

We started Ervy with one stubborn opinion: people don't finish training because of where it lives, not because they don't care. So we put it inside Microsoft Teams, made the lessons two or three minutes long, and let the AI build them from whatever documents a company already has. Government agencies, banks and retail chains have now completed 5.7 million lessons that way.

The AI is the part that turns a 40-page policy into something worth two minutes of an employee's attention. It's also the part with the most room to get better.

"We've gotten the AI good enough to build millions of lessons. The next job is making it just as good at the difficult documents, and NVIDIA's tools are how we get there," said Kristaps Vergins, CEO of Ervy.
